Opportunistic acquisition of an existing 40,000 sf Class C midtown loft office building, along with the purchase of adjacent air rights, in order to redevelop the site into a modern, Class A, 83,000 sf self-storage facility. The completed project will be one of the first infill self storage facilities in midtown Manhattan.
